Chef Paul's Truffles have been selected to provide truffles for the
Boston 2006 Emmy Awards.
Each of 150 winners get a Golden Nugget truffle.
The Golden Nugget was created espically for the Emmy Awards.
The Golden Nugget is:
Bittersweet butterscotch, malted crunch ganache, then rolled in native corn brittle.
